HOTELS

The Award Winning DoubleTree by Hilton Madison is the official hotel of the Madison Mini-Marathon and is conveniently located 6 blocks from the start/finish line of the race. Other hotels include Sheraton Madison Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott Madison East, and Fairfield Inn & Suites Madison East.

To receive special Madison Mini-Marathon rates, you must book through the Madison Mini-Marathon online housing system, Meeting Max. Reservations WILL NOT be accepted directly through the hotels.

PREFERRED METHOD

Step 1: Make your reservation online by clicking on the following link:

Step 2: Obtain Meeting Max confirmation. Once you have made your reservation it is a confirmed reservation. However, it may take several days for the hotel to process your reservation. Once that occurs, you will receive an e-mail confirmation via Meeting Max.

Step 3: If you need to cancel or make a change to your reservation, please do not contact the hotel directly. For changes and cancellations on an existing reservation, please refer to the link provided at the bottom of your Meeting Max confirmation e-mail.

SECONDARY METHOD

Step 1: Mail or fax your request to the Madison Mini-Marathon Housing Bureau by Thursday, August 2, 2012.*

* Please note: Online housing reservations have first priority.  Forms will not be processed for 24-48 hours.

Step 2: Click on the following form: RESERVATION FORM

Step 4: Check your e-mail for a hotel confirmation. Once your reservation has been made by the GMCVB, it is a confirmed reservation. However, it may take several days for the hotel to process your reservation. Once that occurs, you will receive an e-mail confirmation via Meetingmax.

Located in south central Wisconsin, Madison is just off Interstates I-90, I-94 and I-39 providing easy access to Milwaukee (90 minutes), Chicago (2 ½ hours) and Minneapolis (4 ½ hours)

DANE COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT

Getting here by air? The Dane County Regional Airport is very accessible to the downtown Madison area by taxi or bus. Check out their website for more information: http://www.msnairport.com/

Coming from the surrounding area? Check out the Badger Bus and Van Galder Bus which make daily stops to the Memorial Union!
