All Half Marathon and 5K participants are required to pick up race packets and goodie bags at the following time:
Friday, August 15, 2014
Packet Pickup 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
Please bring your Photo ID as packet pickup is by last name. You will not need your bib number. REMEMBER! THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION OR PACKET PICKUP AND NO THERE ARE NO TRANSFERS OR REFUNDS.
FRIEND PACKET PICK-UP
You are able to pick up a packet for a friend. To receive a friends packet, you must have a copy of their photo ID (digital or paper).
YOUR RACE PACKET WILL CONTAIN
After you pick up your race packet, please make sure you verify the enclosed information is properly assigned to you.
- Race participant T-shirt
- Bib number and four safety pins
- MyLaps Timing & Scoring (bib tag)
Virtual Race Bag!
As a participant of this year's event you will receive an email invitation to the Virtual Race Bag prior to the event giving you access to the bag. In the race bag you will find an array of valuable information including our official event guide, exclusive offers, coupons, giveaways, and messages from our sponsors.
But wait, there’s more! Immediately after the event, the race bag updates to include race results. Now participants will receive another email invitation to visit their ‘results bag’ and also have a final opportunity to take advantage of the offers and goodies before the bag closes.
Premium Service for 2014: WILL CALL PACKET PICK-UP
Make Packet Pick-Up easy and convenient! Participants that cannot attend the Expo & Packet Pick-Up may take advantage of Will Call Packet Pick-Up. For only $20 per packet, participants can sign-up for the new service when they register for the Madison Mini-Marathon & 5K. Those that have already registered and would like to take advantage of Will Call Packet Pick-Up may add on the service by clicking here.
The Will Call Packet Pick-Up Booth will be located near the Finish Line in the Red Gym and will be open on Saturday, August 16 from 5:30 – 6:45 am.
