About Vision Event Management (VEM) Who is Madison Mini-Marathon, LLC? Madison Mini-Marathon, LLC (MMM) was founded in 2009 by Jeff Graves. The Madison Mini-Marathon & 5K was designed to be an outstanding event for the whole family. The goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle through physical fitness. The half marathon distance was picked because anyone can do a half marathon with the proper training and it takes much less time than training for a marathon. Running a half marathon is considered a big accomplishment and is a very attainable goal. The timing of the event is perfect for those training for a fall marathon or the Ironman Madison Triathlon. MMM wants to be part of the community and create strong partnership and help the Madison community be a better place to live. Jeff Graves has a very extensive background in producing world class special events especially running events.
